Whether you are setting off, breaking up your journey, or looking for a cosy corner to nurse your aching muscles, our doors are open.
We’ve put together a selection of our favourite tried-and-tested local walks. Some loop straight back to the bar, while others rely on public transport links via Kendal or Lancaster.
Worth noting if you're travelling in from further away: the 555 bus stops right outside!

Setting Up Advice & Permissions
To install the app, you may need to enable "Install unknown apps" or "Allow from this source" in your Android security settings, as this version is currently in Beta and not yet on the Play Store.
App Permissions
During installation and use, the app will request access to certain features of your phone to provide the full experience:
- Location Data: Essential for real-time navigation and triggering audio guides as you reach specific landmarks.
- Camera Access: Used for augmented reality features or scanning codes within the trail.
- Background Data/Location: Allows the app to keep guiding you even if you put your phone in your pocket or switch off the screen to save battery.
A Note on Safety: We understand that granting permissions can be concerning. Please be assured there is very little risk when downloading from a local, traceable company like ours.
